Dian is an experienced data architect and technologist serving as Vice President, bringing over a decade of hands-on expertise in building data-driven systems with PostgreSQL at the core. Since 2015, she has led and contributed to data architectures across diverse domains, including weather logistics, accessibility platforms, and clinical research.
Currently a data architect at Clairity, Dian is building radiological data ingestion, metadata extraction, management, and analysis infrastructure for breast cancer risk prediction. She is also a respected open-source contributor, known for projects like the data mappers MassiveJS and monstrous and the database exploration tool pdot, and brings a strong foundation in data modeling, system design, and developer tooling.
