Developers’ Summit 2026

The Illinois Prairie PostgreSQL User Group (PUG) is pleased to announce the Second Developers’ Summit, scheduled for April 14 during our regular meetup time.

Following the success of last year’s event, this summit will bring together application developers, PostgreSQL DBAs, database architects, and database developers for an interactive discussion. The goal is to better understand the challenges of using PostgreSQL as an application backend and to collaboratively explore ways to improve this interaction.

What to Expect

• Collaborative discussions between developers and database professionals
• Identification of real-world challenges and pain points
• Breakout sessions focused on specific topics
• Short presentations summarizing key insights from each group

To help us organize the sessions effectively, participants are encouraged to complete the Google Form in advance. While filling out the form is optional, it will help ensure a more structured and productive event.
